Starting at $20/hr – increases to $21/hr after one year

About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and dependable House Manager to help lead one of our homes—an all-female residence supporting adult women with developmental disabilities. You’ll guide a dedicated team, help create a positive home atmosphere, and ensure residents feel safe, respected, and supported each day.

What You’ll Do

• Support residents as they build life skills, engage in activities, and reach personal goals
• Lead and encourage staff, creating a supportive and collaborative team
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-run home environment
• Oversee scheduling, documentation, and day-to-day operations
• Coordinate community activities, appointments, and transportation
• Step in to assist with direct care when needed
• Communicate regularly with leadership to ensure residents receive the best support possible

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in caregiving, leadership, or residential support (preferred)
• A heart for service and a genuine desire to uplift others
• Clear communication and strong organizational skills
• Reliability, compassion, flexibility, and a positive, team-focused attitude

Compensation & Benefits:

• $20/hour and $21/hour after the first year
