In this role, you won't just be managing a home—you’ll be mentoring, advocating, and empowering adults with developmental disabilities. You'll help create a nurturing environment where residents are supported to live independently and with purpose.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support a dedicated care team, ensuring staff provide high-quality, compassionate services.
• Schedule, train, and mentor staff, cultivating a culture of empathy, respect, and kindness.
• Champion resident independence by supporting daily living skills, promoting autonomy, and fostering meaningful life experiences.
• Be a voice for the residents, ensuring they feel heard, respected, and valued.

What We’re Looking For:

We need a leader with both heart and experience—someone who understands the importance of connection and advocacy.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• 1+ year of leadership experience, with a track record of inspiring and guiding others.
• Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a hands-on, team-first mindset.
